The above picture is an example of a blogroll. Usually for adding the gadget in the layout, the blogroll does not open in a new tab when clicked. how to create a new tab when blogroll clicked on the template.

1. Template
2. edit html
3. Find code  linklist1
4. add code target='_blank' beside it. Look like picture below.
